Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed March 18, 1987, which ruled that claimant was entitled to receive unemployment insurance benefits.

Models Service Agency (hereinafter the agency) operates a modeling agency which interviews, hires and refers models to various clients for temporary assignments in the garment and fashion industry.
