EILTON, Justice.

Action to recover the balance due on certain bonds secured by real estate situate in Minneapolis, issued by defendant Nicollet Syndicate, Inc. and guaranteed by defendant Benjamin and one James Leek. The trial court made findings of fact and conclusions of law and ordered judgment in favor of plaintiff. Defendants appeal from an order denying their motion for new trial.
