D. H. Waits purchased 160 acres of land from the state, which land had been sold for taxes, and the title to which had become absolute in the state as to state and county taxes. This land is described as Southwest quarter of section 30, township 17, range 7 west, and is situated in the Black Bayou Drainage District.
