Covington v. Meletio

An original and two amended bills were filed in this case; demurrers were sustained; and, upon sustaining the demurrer to the second amended bill, the court dismissed the cause finally. It has been exceedingly difficult to determine from these bills what exactly are the facts and what precisely is the basis for the relief which complainants are seeking.
