In this case it appears that the appellee is the widow of William Brumbly and as such widow became entitled to a share in the proceeds of an insurance upon the life of the said William Brumbly in the Improved Order of Heptasophs. This insurance money was, in the course of equity proceedings, affecting its distribution, in the Circuit Court for Wicomico County, by an order of that Court deposited with the Clerk thereof. The appellant held a judgment against the said William Brumbly and the appellee to the amount of $878.30, with interest from July 3rd, 1894, and costs. In the progress of these…
