A
Every trial is a mosaic of circumstances, personalities, and occurrences. Each case is a recreation by use of recollections and documents of the interplay of how personalities conducted themselves to a set of circumstances. From that, our system of justice requires a factfinder to make factual determinations concerning the propriety of the personalities’ conduct.
