OPINION OF THE COURT

BICKLEY, J.

Appellant, a man 63 years of age, charged with statutory rape upon one Helen brown, under the age of 16 years, was tried by a jury, found guilty, and sentenced to serve from 25 to 30 years in the state penitentiary.

Counsel for appellant have contended that the evidence is insufficient to support the verdict when weighed in the scales of inherent probability, and that there is no corroboration of the testimony of the prosecutrix.
