On November 19, 1869, Moncure Robinson, the father of Mrs. Nathalie C. Boyer, the appellant in this case, executed a deed of trust under which he transferred to the trustees sixty-two shares of the capital stock of the Richmond, Fredericksburg and Potomac Railroad Company, and 150 shares of the capital stock of the Seaboard and Roanoke Railroad Company.
