ZIEGLER, Chief Judge.(1)Plaintiff, James M. O’Neil, is a citizen of this district and resides at Rochester Mills, Indiana County, Pennsylvania. Plaintiff is an active member of the United States Marine Corps with the rank of private first class'. Plaintiff is currently assigned to a Marine Corps unit at McKees-port, Pennsylvania, as an active duty member of the armed forces of the United States.(2) Pending before the court is the petition of plaintiff for a writ of habeas corpus.
