This is an appeal' by the plaintiff from a judgment which the circuit court entered in the defendants’ favor after it had sustained the defendants’ motion for an involuntary nonsuit. The action was based upon a contention that when the defendants sold to the plaintiff a new house, February 27, 1951, the law implied in her favor a warranty of good quality and that the warranty was breached to the plaintiff’s damage.
