This matter comes before the Court on plaintiffs Motion to Correct Misnomer. The Court heard argument from counsel on November 29, 2001, and took the matter under advisement. After reviewing the applicable statutes and case law regarding this issue, the Court now grants plaintiffs Motion to Correct Misnomer.
