MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER
RANDOLPH BAXTER, Bankruptcy Judge.
Herein, the Court is asked to determine whether a prepetition levy by a taxing authority on a debtor’s cash or cash equivalent leaves the debtor with a recoverable interest in the seized property. The matter arose upon the motion of Cleveland Graphic Reproduction, Inc. (Debtor) for turnover by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of funds and accounting records.
