ORDER'
MARGARET A. MAHONEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
The above-entitled matter came to trial before the Honorable Margaret A. Maho-ney on September 10, 1984. Plaintiff filed its complaint on March 16, 1982, alleging preferential transfers by Defendant pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 547. Defendant denied Plaintiffs allegations and counterclaimed for a setoff in an amount equal to that which Defendant would be entitled to receive pursuant to Plaintiffs October 15, 1981 plan of reorganization. The Court has jurisdiction to hear this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334 (enacted 1984).
