This case was tried before the Honorable P. O. Beard, judge of the Seventy-First judicial district, sitting for the Honorable Royall R. Watkins, judge of the Ninety-Fifth judicial district. Judgment was rendered deny-' ing plaintiffs any recovery against the defendants on April 5, 1928.
