Appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Rosato, J.), entered April 26, 1985, which granted defendant’s motion pursuant to CPL 440.10 (1) (g) to vacate a judgment of the same court (Ritter, J.), rendered June 5, 1984, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (two counts), criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree, and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence, on the ground of newly discovered evidence, and which ordered a new suppression hearing.
