This matter is before the court on the objection of Richard D. Ellenberg, Chapter 7 Trustee (“Trustee”), to the proofs of claim filed by Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company in Rehabilitation (“Mutual Life”) and NationsBank, f/k/a The Citizens and Southern National Bank (“Nations-Bank”) (also hereafter collectively referred to as “Claimants”). This is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(B).
