Isaac Jay Coleman a/k/a Zachary I. Saunders appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the District of Minnesota, upon a jury verdict, finding him guilty of six counts of social security number misuse in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 408(g)(2) (1988). 2 The district court sentenced defendant to thirty-six months imprisonment, five years of supervised release and a special assessment of $300.00.
