This is an action in trespass to try title by W. T. Dickey against George W. Walker and Eva W. Walker, his wife, to recover a number of blocks of ground in Dickey’s West Park Addition to the.city of Houston. In addition to the usual allegations in trespass to try title as to all of the property sued for, appellee alleged that on April 1, 1899, he sold and conveyed to George W. Walker block Ho. 17, being one of the blocks sued for, reserving in such conveyance an express vendor’s lien upon the land conveyed to secure the purchase money which was evidenced by 105…
