CLIFFORD, Justice.

[¶ 1] Sherry Skidgell appeals from the summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Marsano, J.), in favor of Universal Underwriters Insurance Company on Skidgell’s complaint for injuries arising from an accident suffered while riding as a passenger on a motorcycle. We agree with Skidgell’s contention that the court erred by concluding that Universal, pursuant to the “other insurance” provisions in its policy, was entitled to set off from its under-insured motorist liability coverage 1 for Skid-gell the full amount of SkidgelPs recovery from the…
