LOHR, Justice.

In this disciplinary proceeding, a hearing panel of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee recommended that respondent Levi Martinez be disbarred. The panel also recommended that Martinez be ordered to pay the costs of the proceedings and to make restitution to Hannah Bohlmann and David A.
