Fred G. Cheatham (hereinafter, “Father”) appeals from the trial court’s judgment finding him in contempt and issuing an order of commitment and warrant of arrest. Father brings five points on appeal claiming various errors resulting in the violation of his constitutional rights, *307specifically his right to counsel, the notice he received with regard to the contempt hearing, and his ability to prepare and present a defense. We affirm in part, reverse and remand in part.
