One issue is before this court: under State ex rel. Walthers v. Jung, 175 Wis. 58, 183 N.W. 986 (1921), do taxpayers whose properties are assessed at fair market value have a right to have their properties reassessed when they show that improper considerations resulted in an underassessment of other properties in the district?
