This case is before the Court upon the appeal of the Petitioner Old Republic Insurance Co. (hereinafter referred to as “Old Republic”) from two orders entered in the Circuit Court of Wyoming County, wherein the court denied Old Republic’s Rule 601 motion for relief from judgment and motion for summary judgment.
