This is a petition brought by the National Labor Relations Board (“Board”) for a temporary injunction under § 10 (Z) of the National Labor Relations Act (“Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 151, et seq., alleging that the respondent, Teamsters Local 115 (“Union”) has violated § 8(b) (7) (C) of the Act, in connection with its picketing of J.
