This was an action for mandate to compel the trustee of Monroe school township of Putnam county to provide transportation for the children of relator of school age and to transport them to and from school, and to require *594the township advisory hoard to appropriate money out of the funds of the school township to pay therefor. The trustee and the members of the advisory board demurred to the complaint, on the ground that it did not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action.
