Before the Court is Defendants’ “Motion to Dismiss and/or For Summary Judgment and Memorandum of Law in Support Thereof’ (Docket No. 6). Plaintiff filed an “Opposition to Motion to Dismiss and/or Summary Judgment” (Docket No. 12) and Defendants filed a “Reply to Plaintiffs Opposition to Motion to Dismiss” (Docket No. 15).
