MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

HIRAM H. WARD, Chief Judge.

This is an action by plaintiffs, 1 Billy G. Chambers, Jr. and John William Angelí, Jr., against their employers for breach of their collective bargaining agreement and against their union local for breach of the duty of fair representation. 29 U.S.C. § 185. It is before the Court for ruling on numerous motions filed by the various parties.
