P. Wogman, the only child of Hans Petersen, a deceased trustor, her husband Waif rid, and their adult child Vincent, brought this action in equity against the trustee of the trust and the guardian ad litem for the unborn and unascertained heirs of Alta, to modify and/or terminate a trust created by the will of Hans Petersen, who died in 1928. Eggers, the guardian, filed an appearance, but in no other way participated in the proceedings.
