Unwired Planet, LLC (“Unwired”) appeals from the final written decisions of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“Board”) in Inter Partes Review (“IPR”) No. 2014-00036 and Covered Business Method'(“CBM”) Patent Review No. 2014-00005.
