This is a rule to strike off a judgment entered by confession. It comes before us on petition and answer. The original instrument is filed of record. It is a note dated August 20, 1948. Therein defendants jointly and severally promised to pay to the order of Stoaco Sales Co. at The Pennsylvania Company for Banking and Trusts, Philadelphia, Pa., $495.60' in 36 monthly installments as follows: “The first payment on the 5th day of October, 1948 in the sum of $13.76, and equal payments on the same day of each month thereafter, except that the last installment shall be in an amount equal…
