delivered the unanimous Opinion of the Court.

The Parker Peanut Company brought a suit in equity, against M. H. Felder & Company in the hature of a creditor’s bill, which was merged and consolidated with a later cáse of the same nature against the same defendant by Bob Clark, trading as Clark Tire Company. Insolvency of the defendant was alleged, and a receivership sought.
