We have before us defendant’s motion for judgment on the amended pleadings. A similar motion on the original pleadings-was refused: 65 Dauph. 275.

Summary of the Pleadings

Plaintiffs ‘ filed a complaint in ejectment against defendant school district. They seek to obtain, posses*294sion of a small tract of land situated in West. Hanover Township, Dauphin County, Pa., which they allege contains approximately 51 perches and has thereon erected a pne-story frame school building. They also claim mesne profits in the sum of $200 alleging the fair rental value of the tract to be $25 a month…
