—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Lipp, J.), rendered June 2, 1993, convicting him of robbery in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

During the course of the jury’s deliberations in this case, the trial court received a note from a juror in which that juror complained of other jurors yelling at him and, further, that "[i]t seem[ed] like they want to beat me”.
