J. T. Bandy and L. E. St. Clair were partners under the name and style of Bandy and St. Clair, engaged in the *318business of dealing in real estate and in the construction of buildings.

The partnership owned three parcels of real estate, held under deeds conveying the property to J. T. Bandy and L. E. St. Clair, which deeds, so far as the record discloses, contained no reference to the partnership relation existing between Bandy and St. Clair. J. T.
