OPINION AND ORDER

Pending before this Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand (Docket No. 14). After carefully reviewing the record, the Court GRANTS the Motion and REMANDS the case to the Puerto Rico Court of First Instance.
PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
