THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee From the 54th District Court McLennan County, Texas Trial Court No. 2011-1213-C2 MEMORANDUM OPINION The jury convicted Herbert Leroy Patterson of the offense of continuous sexual abuse of a child and assessed his punishment at 45 years confinement. The jury also convicted Patterson of the offense of indecency with a child and assessed his punishment at 20 years confinement and a $5,000 fine.
