OFFENSE CHARGED

Contributing to the sexual delinquency of a child. Ill Rev Stats 1967, c 38, § 11-5 (a) (3).

JUDGMENT

After a bench trial, defendant was found guilty as charged and admitted to probation for one year, the first 60 days to be spént in the House of Correction.

CONTENTION RAISED ON APPEAL

The evidence did not prove defendant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
