This is an action to recover on three judgments entered by the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York, in the aggregate sum of $3,365.72, with accrued interest thereon. The judgments sued upon have their basis in a prior judgment entered in said New York court February 7, 1934, awarding to plaintiff a decree of “separation from the bed and board of defendant forever by, reason of the abandonment of the plaintiff by defendant without cause,” and, by the terms of which judgment, defendant was ordered to pay to plaintiff $500 per month, and after…
