The principal issues in this appeal and cross appeal are whether sufficient evidence was presented to establish that the defendant Home Improvement and Remodeling Company, Inc., was strictly liable under General Statutes § 22-3571 as a “keeper” of the dog that attacked the named plaintiff and whether the trial court improperly denied the plaintiffs’ motion to amend their complaint prior to trial.
