In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, defendant appeals from an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered October 31, 1974, in favor of plaintiff following a trial as to the issue of liability only, upon a jury verdict. Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Hopkins, Acting P.
