1Opinion of the CourtEager, J.

The defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him, after a trial by jury, of the crime of murder in first degree and sentencing him to State prison for the term of his natural life. The defendant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt was clearly established and he raises no question as to the sufficiency or weight of the evidence. Furthermore, there is no substantial merit to the defendant’s several alleged points of error or to his claim that he was deprived of a fair trial by the prosecutor’s alleged misconduct. The judgment of conviction should be affirmed.
