Plaintiffs and defendant appeal different provisions of the district court’s order granting summary judgment for the plaintiffs-appellants Manuel and Lupe Herrera. The court held that defendant-appellee, First Northern Association (First Northern), had not complied with requirements of the Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA or Act), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., and the Federal Reserve Board Regulations pursuant thereto, Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 226.1 et seq.
