Suit by appellee against appellant for injuries to his person and damages to his automobile occasioned by a collision at a crossing on Loraine street in the city of Houston.
Briefly stated, the plaintiff alleged:(1) That on May 12, 1918, he was riding in his automobile going in a westwardly direction on Loraine street in the city of Houston, and attempted to cross a railroad track which crossed said street; that in order to cross said tract it was necessary to go up an incline on said street; that his view of said railroad track to the north of said crossing was obstructed by numerous houses,…
