SMITH, J.,

— We write by reason of the commonwealth’s appeal from our pretrial suppression order. While we doubt that our order has “substantially handicapped” the prosecution of this case,1 we recognize that their certification gives *243them standing to advance their position elsewhere.

On February 12, 1986, at 9:00 a.m. defendant, James Conway, was arrested in Devon, Chester County, for allegedly driving under the influence.
