Giles appeals from the summary dismissal of his pro se petition for writ of habeas corpus challenging the legality of his imprisonment.

Appellant's pro se petition alleges that he was convicted of robbery in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County in June of 1976 and sentenced to fifteen years' imprisonment. Subsequently, in November of 1976, appellant was convicted of kidnapping in the same court and sentenced to five years' imprisonment to run consecutive to the robbery sentence.
