James Yanello, Cyndee Yanello and the conjugal partnership constituted between them (“plaintiffs”), brought suit against Patriot American, Windham Mgmt. Corp., Williams Hospitality, Palomino Waters-ports, Hospital San Pablo, Phico Insurance Co., El Conquistador Resort, Universal Health Service, Doscam Medical Corp., Fed.
