Wayne Womochil appeals from a final judgment entered by the district court 1 on. a jury verdict finding him guilty of one count of conspiring to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and one count of possessing cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The district court sentenced Womochil to twelve years in prison on each count, to be served concurrently, and ordered him to pay a $5,000 fine on each count.
