Masters v. Bissett

This appeal is the fourth of a series of five appeals arising out of appellant trustee’s administration of several trusts, which are described in detail in our opinion disposing of the first three appeals decided this date. Masters v. Bissett (A41367)(A44881), 101 Or App 163, 790 P2d 16 (1990).
