This is a motion for a writ of error coram nobis attacking a conviction by plea of the crime of burglary in the third degree, for which the defendant was sentenced by the late Honorable Otto A. Rosalsky, of this court, on October 30, 1925, to a term of five years in State prison. The defendant is presently incarcerated for a subsequent crime.
