The plaintiff in this suit is the trustee appointed by the District Court of the United States for the District of New Jersey of International Power Securities Corporation, hereinafter called International. The defendants are the trustees (now enjoined from acting in that capacity) of Aldred Investment Trust, a so-called Massachusetts trust, and the receivers of that trust appointed by the District Court of the United States for the District of Massachusetts.
